Congratulations, Foundation Class of 2021!

—For an adventurous year well-weathered, by coming together across temporal and temperate zones to make learning happen between physical places and virtual spaces.

—For indefatigable screens well-worn, while home studios grew into sanctuaries for creativity, shifting shape to match the scope of individual and collective imagination

—For friendships well-won and affinities well-found, with intercultural and intersectional solidarities to support and seek conditions for justice near and far, now and always.

The results of your talent and tenacity are wonderful to witness in Foundation Show 2021. 

As the Foundation 2020 – 2021 Legacy Quilt continues to unfold, both materially and metaphorically, let the care and courage that you cultivated through this pandemic academic year take root through culture and community.
